Karma Organic Spa Shipping and Return Policies
Karma Organic Spa’s shipping and return policies were designed to give our customers a more satisfactory experience. Our return policy provides you with a little insurance with your purchase of any of our products. Our shipping policy shows you exactly how we handle shipping and related charges, and we offer this information so we don’t surprise you. If you believe a product was shipped in error from Karma Organic Spa, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com to resolve the problem.
Before returning any product please email us the return tracking number.
Karma Organic Spa must receive the merchandise within 30 days from the date the item is shipped to you. Items must be unused and undamaged.
Returns should be sent by Secure Mail so they can be tracked. Refunds OR exchanges will be granted based on the condition of products. We WILL refund the shipping and handling charges if the product has defects.
For large orders over $200, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Karma Organic Spa ships all standard domestic orders via USPS. Wholesale orders are shipped via UPS. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days then received within 1-3 business days.

Please allow 10-16 plus business days (not counting the weekends), depends on the country's customs and postal systems. USPS does not provide tracking routing, it will stay and remain in Ridgewood, NJ, and until the orders are delivered then the status will change to "delivered". *Please note some countries take up to three months plus until the orders are delivered; please continuously check your local post office.
