Shipping policy

Karma Organic Spa ships all standard domestic orders via USPS.  Wholesale orders are shipped via UPS.  All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days then received within 1-3 business days.

  • Domestic Shipping: 
  • $3.99 Standard Shipping for all standard domestic orders. Free Shipping for orders over $19.99
  • $11.00 Standard Shipping for all wholesale orders. 

International Shipping:
  • International Shipping Flat Rate: 0-2 pounds: $15.00 (un-trackable)
  • International Shipping Flat Rate: 2-3 pounds: $30.00 (un-trackable)

Please allow 10-16 plus business days (not counting the weekends), depends on the country's customs and postal systems. USPS does not provide tracking routing, it will stay and remain in Ridgewood, NJ, and until the orders are delivered then the status will change to "delivered". *Please note some countries take up to three months plus until the orders are delivered; please continuously check your local post office.
