"I have bitten my fingernails since I was a toddler. Many times I have tried to quit, but my nails would split, break, or peel. I thought acrylic nails would help when polishes did not. Acrylic nails made my nails weaker and when they came off so did any growth of my fingernails. I am a health nut, environmentally concerned, and object to the use of animals to test products on animals. I am close to beginning my 80th year, and have stopped biting my fingernails. Karma products have helped me avoid the breaking, splitting, and peeling previously experienced. My nails have grown from being bitten down to the cuticles to the top and beyond of my fingers because of faithfully using Karma nail care. Acrylic nails and other polishes always gave me a sensation of my nails being suffocated. Karma nail care does not do that. I don't have the urge to pick at the polish or base coat.
